Start with HEW Academy. Add the rest only if it earns its place.
HEW asked for a learning management system. That is Phase 1. Everything else in this preview is an optional extension on the same foundation, scoped and priced separately, and only if HEW wants it.
Five modules, one foundation
Each module can stand alone. They share sign-in, roles, locations and an integration layer.
HEW Academy
Coach and staff training: paths, video lessons, checks, in-person sign-offs, required updates, credentials and renewals, location and HQ views.
See it →Corporate Command
What needs attention across the network today, with drill-downs to the location and the person. Network Intelligence adds franchise financials, membership analytics, benchmarks and executive reports.
See it →Franchise Operations
Launch plans, support requests, approved campaigns, SOP library, onboarding and scorecards.
See it →My HEW
Member progress, milestones, challenges and coach recognition next to the current app, never replacing it.
See it →Integration layer
Approved connections to HEW’s existing tools, with retries, logging and clear ownership of data.
Details ↓What exists, what is shown, what could connect
Kept honest on purpose. Nothing here is a production integration.
What HEW appears to use today
- Mariana Tek for the member app, class booking and memberships. hewfitness.com references “Web Integrations by Mariana Tek.”
- The public website appears to be hosted on Squarespace, based on where its images are served from. To be confirmed with HEW.
- Everything else (training materials, email, HR, payroll) is unknown. Discovery questions cover it.
What this prototype demonstrates
- The full HEW Academy flow with roles, checks, sign-offs, updates, credentials and renewals.
- Command Center drill-downs, a launch plan with a transparent score, support requests.
- Network Intelligence: financial and membership reporting across franchises, with simulated data collection, validation, alerts and a PDF report.
- The My HEW member flow, with privacy controls.
- All of it static, in one browser, with fictional data.
Could integrate, if permitted
- Mariana Tek check-ins and member identity for My HEW, subject to what Mariana Tek offers, its terms and HEW’s approval.
- Private video hosting for lessons (for example Vimeo).
- Email and text providers for reminders and invites.
- Single sign-on with HEW’s Google or Microsoft accounts, if HEW uses them.
- HR or payroll, only if HEW wants it and the provider allows it.
- Each franchise’s accounting, payroll and payment processor data for financial reporting, only with that franchise’s written authorization and the provider’s terms.
Needs a custom production backend
- Secure sign-in and role-based access.
- Location isolation, so each franchise only sees its own people.
- Server-side permission checks on every action.
- Training records, credentials and audit history.
- Encrypted financial data, isolated by franchise, with reconciliation before any figure is called actual.
- The Ask HEW assistant, limited to approved content, if chosen.
How a production build would be designed
Requirements, not claims. None of these exist in a static demo.
- Multi-tenant by locationEach franchise’s people and records are isolated by default.
- Role-based accessCoach, head coach, owner and corporate, configurable by HEW.
- Server-side authorizationEvery request is checked on the server, never trusted from the screen.
- Audit logsWho signed off, changed or viewed what, and when.
- Secure filesPrivate storage for videos, SOPs and credential photos.
- PrivacyMember data only with consent, minimal collection, clear retention.
- BackupsAutomatic, tested restores.
- MonitoringUptime, errors and integration failures surfaced to the right people.
- Reliable integrationsRetries, logging and a clear owner for each connection.

The boundaries
This preview is a demonstration, not an offer to deliver an enterprise platform for the price of an LMS. It does not suggest replacing Mariana Tek or any tool HEW uses today. HEW’s name, logo and photos appear for a private concept only, and nothing here is presented publicly as an official HEW product. The next step is to find HEW’s real gaps and scope Phase 1.
